The Superuser Forum is a knowledge network of technology and commercial professionals in financial services and other industries.

We serve a community of digital leaders, entrepreneurs and investors. Our 150 members are thought leaders and industry achievers in financial services, media, technology and telecoms companies.

Our events take place throughout the year and offer an opportunity to network and learn from one another through the sharing of closed-door stories and insights into real business challenges and innovation.  We work with a number of partners on a ‘no-sales pitch’ basis.

We educate, introduce, challenge and inspire with the goal of making deals, ideas and business happen fast.

To give members the best leadership toolkit on the market

Where Superuser comes from

The term ‘superuser’ is reserved for IT administrators with the keys to every system, so they may build, fix and rescue technology or processes.

The business superuser is someone who works across an organisation, adding value by building and fixing.

The Superuser Forum is made up of leaders in world-class problem solving – in strategy, technology, process and people.

Dan Ilett and Chris Ilett run the Superuser Forum. They work in digital business transformation.
